Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's administrative and guest services departments.
From managing reservations and front desk operations to overseeing accounting tasks, housekeeping, quality control of units, vendor relationships, and work orders, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of excellence across all areas of our resort.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of reservations, including booking accommodations, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Supervise front desk staff and ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
Handle day-to-day accounting duties, such as invoicing, payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of guest units.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards and address any issues promptly.
Work closely with vendors to procure necessary supplies and services, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
Process and track work orders for maintenance, repairs, and other requests to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in reservations, front desk operations, accounting, housekeeping, quality control, vendor management, and work orders.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities as needed.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing outstanding guest service and building positive relationships with team members and vendors.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, including reservation systems, accounting software, property management systems, and work order management systems.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
