What you'll do Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift's staff Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department Communicate any emergency, lost item or theft to proper security staff and/or authorities Keep contingency lists in case of emergency and communicate any necessary messages Perks you deserve We'll support you in and out of the workplace by offering:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
