For the Guest Services Specialist, we expect the perfect candidate to have fast typing and computer skills, organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with our guests and follow directions.

Using our detailed standard operating procedure manual while training with the department manager, you will be set up for success.
Our goal is to provide you all of the tools you will need to become a confident and intricate participant in our company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other other department members to ensure we are providing the best guest service possible.
Assist guests with room issues by communicating with our field team.
Follow our standard operating procedures and follow company procedures and policies.
Utilize excellent resolution skills when assisting guests with any issues or complaints.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, and ensure that messages are responded to timely.
Conduct daily reports and assignments as needed.
Requirements:
Computer savvy with recent hands on experience with Google docs and spreadsheets.
Well-groomed, professional appearance Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Multi-tasking skills Time management and organizational skills Reliable transportation High School Diploma or higher
