Hospitality degree preferred 4-5 star luxury resort experience preferred The Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef to design an effective menu and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality.
They will enjoy leading a team of passionate restaurant professionals by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching.
This leader will attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
The Food & Beverage Manager will have the ability to describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to a distinctive dining experience.
