In this role you will provide flexible support to cover various office tasks and assist with field assignments such as condo inspections.

Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, daily analysis of field tasks, and organizing linen inventory.
Promptly respond to vendors and guests requests via phone and email.
Collaborate with operations and housekeeping departments to ensure efficient use of your daily tasks.
Assist with linen inventory and stocking.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with management and peers to address inspection-related issues.
Document condo inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports.
Inspection of the cleanliness and prepare condos for arriving guests and/or owners.
Moderate cleaning and housekeeping tasks at our condos.
Communicate inspection results to relevant parties.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or higher HI Driver's License Office located in West Maui Weekend availability working daytime shifts:
9am to 5:
30pm Multi-tasking skills and willingness to go from performing office tasks and driving our company vehicle to our condos to perform inspections and/or cleans throughout the day as needed.
Proficient in maintaining established Excel spreadsheets Knowledge of using Google Docs/Sheets Time management and organizational skills Well-groomed, professional appearance Great work ethic, like Olympic Gold Medal worthy! Wage Depends On Experience (DOE) Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
