We are hiring someone who is seeking a part-time position and is flexible with their availability.
Responsibilities include a variety of tasks to help manage and maintain short-term rentals.
This may entail supply runs and odd errands.
The candidate should be good with general customer service skills.
Occasionally we may need an urgent response to issues that arise.
The applicant must be familiar and comfortable with technology.
We require candidates to access a variety of applications, upload walkthrough videos, and log details.
The job requires general customer service skills when/if interacting with guests.
Important abilities are attention to detail and reliability to follow through with a schedule.
Any basic property maintenance skills are a plus.
There may occasionally be a need for weekend availability but we are generally flexible with advance notice.
The applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
The applicant must live in Lahaina, many tasks are not time intensive and not conducive for long commutes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
