In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring office inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock availability.
You will also play a key role in tracking the cost of goods sold, making inventory adjustments, and maintaining accurate spreadsheets.
We are seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented individual who can physically handle lifting up to 50lbs for shelf stocking.
Previous experience in inventory management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock on hand.
Track the cost of goods sold, calculate inventory adjustments, and maintain precise records.
Create, maintain, and evaluate spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist with purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of inventory-related tasks.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies or issues.
Organize and stock shelves, requiring the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Clearly communicate company's supply needs to the Operations Department.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or higher Computer savvy and Excel spreadsheet experience We are seeking individuals who possess a business-oriented mindset, strong mathematical skills, and excellent analytical abilities.
