Job Description:
ThirtyOne50 is looking for an Property Manager to oversee a new Lahaina housing community, Kaiaulu O Kupuohi, and supervise maintenance or other staff members on-site.
The Property Manager will work closely with the Area Property Manager, other Property Managers, and maintenance staff, but also the Asset Managers and Community Program Coordinators.
The Property Manager will be solely in charge of the housing community to which they are assigned, and as such must manage and direct operations of the housing community in accordance with the policies and procedures prescribed by ThirtyOne50, the Governing Agency, and Fair Housing Laws.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
On-site Property Management Coordination with Community Program Coordinators Executing on the Operations and Maintenance Plan and assist in the revisions to the plan.
Preparing property annual budgets and compliance reports Attend educational courses as directed by Human Resources or Supervisor Maintain property in compliance with the appropriate investors, lenders, and agency and prepare the necessary reports Experience and
Qualifications:
3 years or more of residential property management experience or related Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Be able to comply with both the written and verbal instructions given in English.
Must be able to negotiate, problem-solving, and resolve conflicts Affordable housing specific experience a plus Salary Range:
$37,440 to $43,680 Housing:
The position will include a rent-free 3-bedroom unit at our new Kaiaulu O Kupuohi development in Lahaina.
It includes 89 apartments in a five-story building.
