We are actively seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable applicant to support adults with Special Needs to meet their goals, increase their independence and improve their quality of life! Full-Time position available in a residential home in Napili and in the surrounding community.
Schedule :
8a-8p Mon/Wed, 8a-2p Tues/Thurs, 4hrs flexible (Sun) = 40hrs Benefits Include:
Health Ins (medical/dental/vision - we pay premium), Paid Time Off, Retirement w/match, Life Insurance, New Hire Incentive $250.
Duties include:
supporting individuals to increase independence in activities of daily living and teaching skills in accordance with individual goals, light housekeeping, cooking and medication administration, transporting individuals into the community for recreation & social activities and medical appointments.
Mileage reimbursement.
Applicant requirements:
Valid Driver's License, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and experience working with special needs or elderly population preferred.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
CPR/FA and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain).
