Position Description
The Front Line Sales Manager will manage a team of sales professionals focused on exceeding site budgeted goals will maintaining a healthy and professional work environment in accordance with site policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Motivate the sales team to achieve the highest level of performance through effective leadership and established best practices
Establish written individual and team goals and monitor performance on a daily basis
Recruit individuals that posses the skills and personality to be successful Sales Associates
Monitor the sales process to ensure that all sales are achieved by the prescribed selling method and with the highest level of integrity
Administer company policies and processes in a consistent, fair and equitable manner
TO the sale when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Successful in-house sales experience
Supervisory or management experience
No corrective actions within 6 months of transfer date
Job: SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
