This role will be responsible for the training and development for Sales Representatives at the WVR Lahaina Sales Center & WbW Kihei Sales Center and starting in the summer of 2014.

Responsibilities:
Based out of Lahaina, HI, the Maui Sales Trainer will report directly to the Sales Training Manager for Hawaii Region and be responsible for:
Assisting in overseeing training for WVR Lahaina Sales Center & WbW Kehei Sales Center.
Traveling throughout the West PAC region if needed and networking within the WVO organization.
Effectively communicating and partnering with EVP, RSVP, AVP, Site VP, BU Director of Training, BU Director of Recruiting, Training Managers, Site Recruiters & other Site Trainers.
Identifying opportunities relating to, but not limited to, the training department, sales lines (in-house and frontline) and sales processes and following through to affect and implement positive change.
Supporting the Specialist Presenter team for training and compliance.
Obtaining a strong working knowledge of and being effective in WorldMark by Wyndham and Wyndham Vacation Resorts brands
Ensuring Wyndham's Road to Success 12-week follow-up training is being facilitated to new hires in a consistent classroom setting.
Ensuring follow-up training and hours of power are being facilitated regularly.
Ensuring sites are up-to-date on all recently approved Wyndham collateral.
Preferred Minimum
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3years' Wyndham sales experience - both Frontline and In-house a plus.
Have a proven track record in Frontline or In-house sales as a sales manager, training manager, Sr. Manager, DOS or VP.
Have a strong desire to be an integral part of the site leadership team.
Have strong working knowledge of either WorldMark by Wyndham or Wyndham Vacation Resorts & Shell Vacation Resorts and/or knowledge of all three brands is a strong plus.
A minimum of 1 year in sales management preferred.
Proven successful track record in Wyndham sales and the ability to T.O. tables.
Have a thorough understanding of Wyndham''s products.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interface with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
Effective time management skills.
Work schedule flexibility and ability to travel as required.
Have an existing Hawaii Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one.
Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus.
WVO ownership is a plus.
Job: TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
