For more information, please visit . Job Description High school or equivalent education and 3 years related experience, preferred. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Must be able to work well with all members of the Security Department and all other members of the OOC Staff Must have knowledge of security policies and procedures sufficient to be able to identify and eliminate potentially unsafe situations. Must have the ability to perform lifesaving procedures such as first aid. First -Aid / AED CPR certified. Requirements QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree or related technical school degree preferred. Experience Five to seven years in a major hotel, hospital, or building, including four years in a supervisory capacity. Licenses or Certificates Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits. Must possess, or have the ability and experience to acquire, a first class operating engineer's license in boilers and air conditioning as required. Grooming All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Starwood standards.
