JOB SUMMARY
Under supervision, the InHouse Greeter will ensure awarm welcome is given for arriving guests and prospective owners. The In House Greeter promotes hotel/resort facilities and amenities andensures that all guests are directed to the respective Check In location. The In House Greeter will be responsible for directing all specified guests toConcierge before/after check in and is subject to minimum performance standards.
ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS
Createsan overall warm and inviting luxury atmosphere for all guests (indoors and/or outdoors, dependenton the needs of the site).
Greetsall guests as they arrive and direct them to respective check in location
Greetsall guests after they check in and directs all specified guests to respectiveConcierge desk location.
Tracksdaily/weekly/monthly arrivals and Concierge team production.
Sendsnightly end of shift report.
Completesany packets or material gathering and/or stocking that guests or Marketinglocation may need to service guests.
Anticipatesguest needs and responds quickly and professionally to all guest requests.
Providesinformation on resort amenities and facilities.
Maintainsa professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and teammembers.
Maintainsa clean, pleasant, and safe working environment.
Completesall required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
Adheresto Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Performsother related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Aminimum of six (6) months of experience in hospitality and/or high volumecustomer service.
Nosupervisory experience required.
SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES
Thisposition does not include supervisory responsibilities.
LICENSE &CERTIFICATIONS
Thisposition does not require licenses or certifications.

This position requires the capability to understand andfollow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage ofcorrect business English and office practices. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
